LET’S START A DIALOGUE!

You have the floor!

Let’s share our experiences, our stories and our views on different topics.

We also invite you to participate in the live Great Interaction to Break with Aging on Facebook. Every week will be featuring news, questions and helpful information.

This participatory and inclusive section is premised on openness and respectful dialogue.

Seeing diverse and realistic representations of aging is one way to break with ageism. It is to this dialogue with our perceptions and stereotypes that the “Aging and Beauties” exhibition invites us. Discover the photos, the stories and the photographer behind them in the section dedicated to the “Aging and Beauties Exhibition.”

Next, it’s important to evaluate our own perceptions, attitudes and behaviours toward age and aging, with the “Am I Ageist?” test, consisting of 20 questions adapted from the Relating to Old People Evaluation (ROPE) and the Ambivalent Ageism Scale (AAS).
